Two individuals have been arrested by the National Gendarmerie in Bordj Bou Arréridj following a viral video circulating on social media. The footage captured the suspects performing reckless driving maneuvers near the Bachir El-Ibrahimi university residence for women, while the passenger fired pyrotechnic mortars toward the building's windows. The El Anasser Gendarmerie brigade launched an immediate investigation, successfully identifying and apprehending the pair. The suspects are facing legal charges for endangering the lives of others and dangerous driving, and will be presented before the competent judicial authorities.
