The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has released an official video identifying the wilayas where 'AADL 3' housing units will be distributed on November 1st. Construction is complete in Mascara, M'Sila, Ouargla, Oum El Bouaghi, and Chelghoum Laïd in the Mila province. Additionally, Minister Tarek Belaribi inspected AADL 3 projects in Bordj Bou Arreridj, a region allocated 11,000 units under the 2025 and 2026 finance laws. The Minister had previously stated that the delivery of the first completed AADL 3 units is scheduled before the end of 2026.
