The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City announced that the 2027 Finance Bill includes the registration of 545,000 housing units across various formats, with 350,000 units dedicated to the 'AADL 3' scheme. The sector's budget includes 834.57 billion dinars in commitment authorizations. The program also prioritizes public infrastructure, covering the construction of 320 primary schools, 140 middle schools, 91 high schools, 30 clinics, and 40 security headquarters. Additionally, plans are underway for three new university hospitals in Sétif, Annaba, and Béjaïa to improve healthcare services.
