The Director General of the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI), Omar Rekkache, met with the head of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), Jang Myoungchul, to organize an upcoming economic forum in Algiers this November. The meeting focused on enhancing the business environment and highlighting investment prospects for South Korean firms. The KOTRA official noted a strong appetite for the Algerian market from both large corporations and SMEs. In response, the AAPI pledged its support to help South Korean businesses establish themselves in Algeria and foster industrial partnerships, emphasizing that the success of existing Korean ventures serves as a key driver for attracting future foreign investment.
