The Algerian national boxing team concluded its campaign at the African Elite Championships in Kenya with a total of nine medals. Sid Ahmed Moussaoui added the final gold to the tally in the +90 kg category, defeating Kenyan boxer Clinton Machinia via a second-round referee stoppage. Algeria's final count stands at five gold, three silver, and one bronze medal. The gold medalists also include Fatiha Mansouri, Youcef Islam Yaiche, Mustapha Abdou, and Mohamed Maaoui. Additionally, silver medals were earned by Malak Nour Aichoun, Ichrak Chaib, and Jouhara Bennane, while Douaa Rouaz secured the bronze medal.
