A judge at the Hussein Dey court has ordered three individuals into provisional detention following the theft of parts from a parked vehicle in the Garidi district of Kouba. The investigation began after a complaint was filed on September 28, 2026, by the owner of a grey Audi A3, who reported that three doors had been stolen from his car. Authorities determined that the suspects, Youcef Douma (33), Mehdi Nahi (29), and Kahina Othmani (28), had carefully planned the nocturnal operation. Upon appearing before the public prosecutor on October 19, 2026, the trio was charged with conspiracy, theft with aggravating circumstances, burglary, and the use of a vehicle with forged license plates.
