The price for extra baggage on Air Algérie flights from France depends on the number of bags and when the purchase is made. Checking ticket conditions in advance helps avoid higher fees at the airport. A first additional bag costs €60 if purchased more than 24 hours before the flight, rising to €80 closer to the departure or at the airport. A second bag costs €110 in advance and €150 at the airport. Bags exceeding 32 kg are not accepted for check-in and must be handled via cargo, while oversized items (158-203 cm) cost €80. Baggage allowance varies by ticket type, with the 'Light' fare excluding hold luggage. Cabin bags are limited to 10 kg (5 kg on ATR aircraft). Passengers can purchase extra capacity through the airline's website, mobile app, or call center.
