The wilaya of Guelma will host the National Thermal Tourism Forum this coming Monday and Tuesday, bringing together over 200 stakeholders, including academics, investors, and medical specialists. Organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Handicrafts, the event aims to leverage Algeria's natural and mineral wealth. Guelma, noted for its significant thermal sites like Hammam Debagh and Hammam Ouled Ali, acts as the focal point for this initiative. The forum's agenda includes key topics such as upgrading thermal stations to meet international standards, fostering investment, enhancing human resource skills, and integrating thermal tourism into broader travel circuits. Through debates, workshops, and site visits, participants will seek to develop a roadmap to improve service quality and promote Algeria as a key destination in this sector.
