Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced during a visit to Bordj Bou Arreridj province that the payment process for the second installment of the AADL 3 program will begin soon. The Minister noted that his department is examining the possibility of splitting this installment into two separate payments. He also confirmed that the first AADL 3 housing keys will be delivered on November 1st. These projects, which are part of fully-equipped urban hubs, feature modern technical and architectural improvements, including central heating, reflecting the rapid progress made in the construction of these housing units across various provinces.
