The National Pension Fund has launched a new project titled "Taâdoui ALL IN ONE" to provide practical support for pensioners and beneficiaries in navigating digital services. Announced during a national meeting for communication officers, the project establishes a unified digital counter in every local agency. The Director General of the Fund, Abdelhafid Adrar, emphasized that this measure aligns with the Ministry of Labor’s policy to improve public service quality and foster proximity. Specialized staff will guide beneficiaries through the fund’s digital applications and educate them on tools like the "CIS" service, which allows individuals to track their career path prior to retirement. This initiative is designed to simplify administrative procedures, promote remote access to services, and decrease the physical burden of travel on retirees.
