A seminar focused on the role of financial guarantees in accessing bank loans was held on Tuesday in Saïda, organized by the Credit Guarantee Fund for SMEs (FGAR) in coordination with the local industry directorate. The Wali of Saïda, Amoumen Marmouri, highlighted the region's investment potential in agriculture, industry, and tourism, noting the government's efforts to simplify administrative procedures and provide economic land. The Director General of the FGAR, El-Hadi Temam, explained that the fund provides guarantees for SMEs that lack sufficient real collateral to secure bank credit. This mechanism supports project creation, business expansion, equipment upgrades, and aims to boost the competitiveness of exporting companies to diversify the national economy.
