The sixth round of the professional league delivered contrasting outcomes, notably with US Biskra suffering a heavy 4-1 defeat away to JS Kabylie. After Belkadem put Biskra ahead in the 12th minute, the home side responded with goals from Benchama, Mahious, Bouamama, and Hamidi. Meanwhile, MC Rouissat continued their impressive streak by winning the Southern derby against JS Saoura 1-0, courtesy of a Meddoun goal and playing against a ten-man opposition following Benmiloud's red card. Elsewhere, CR Témouchent and AS Chlef shared the points in a 1-1 draw after goals from Hedroug and Diakité. Following these matches, MC Rouissat moves into second place with 12 points, and JSK climbs to third with 10 points, while Biskra, Saoura, and Chlef remain winless this season.
