Italian shipping company GNV, part of the MSC Group, has opened bookings for its 2027 summer voyages to Algeria, becoming the first carrier to do so. The offer covers routes between the French port of Sète and the Algerian cities of Algiers and Béjaïa. A 40% discount is available for bookings made between October 12 and October 27, 2026, capped at 15,000 tickets. Loyal customers can secure an additional 10% reduction. Passengers can choose from three ticket tiers: SuperPromo, Standard, and Flexy, with new payment facilities allowing a 10% deposit and the remaining balance due 30 days before travel. The company also provides upgraded cabins and internet packages. This announcement follows the launch of a new maritime link between Civitavecchia, Italy, and Annaba in August 2026.
