Spain's National Intelligence Center has provided key documentation to Judge Maria Tardon regarding the large-scale migrant crossings into Ceuta on July 30 and 31. The investigation seeks to uncover those responsible for organizing and funding the influx of an estimated 75,000 to 85,000 people. According to security reports, Moroccan security forces exhibited a permissive attitude and directed migrants from Fnideq toward entry points. Intelligence services had previously identified coordinated calls for the operation on social media. Judge Tardon has mandated a comprehensive investigation into the logistics behind this massive movement, while also questioning the presence of Moroccan naval vessels in Spanish waters during the incident.
