Drone attacks have resulted in casualties in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. The Civil Aviation Authority announced that two people were killed and eight others injured in an incident at the King Fahd International Airport in Dammam. The victims included a Saudi citizen and an Indian resident, with the wounded comprising individuals of Indian, Yemeni, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Saudi nationalities. Separately, the Saudi Ministry of Energy confirmed the death of two individuals—a Filipino and a Nepali national—and the injury of two others, following debris from a drone targeting the Shaybah oil field. The Saudi-led coalition stated it had intercepted five drones in the region. Amid these developments, the U.S. State Department has ordered staff at its embassy in Riyadh and their families to leave the country, with plans to withdraw the families of diplomats from other American missions in the region.
