According to an official directive sent to public administrations and local authorities, this decision stems from delays in addressing legal reservations and the emergence of new data regarding financial positions during the final quarter of the year. The directorate emphasized that this extension is final and does not allow for the submission of new plans, focusing exclusively on files previously lodged to ensure efficient management of public personnel.
