Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamel Baddari, convened a meeting with public and private economic leaders to expedite the national artificial intelligence strategy. The initiative focuses on four main pillars, including funding GPU acquisition to boost high-performance computing, supporting priority scientific research, and enhancing the capabilities of the AI research center. The plan also aims to attract local and global expertise by providing competitive professional conditions. Participants agreed to form a joint framework to design a roadmap through 2030, ensuring that scientific research and technological innovation directly contribute to the national economy.
