Nigeria is set to host two prominent Confederation of African Football (CAF) events later this year. On November 21, Abuja will hold the 48th Ordinary General Assembly at the 'Bola Ahmed Tinubu' International Conference Centre, followed by the annual Awards ceremony in Lagos on December 7 at the 'Wole Soyinka' Centre for Culture and Creative Arts. A CAF delegation led by Dr. Christian Emeruwa has commenced a final inspection tour of the facilities. These efforts, supported by field coordination led by Dr. Ademola Olajire, focus on ensuring that all logistical and security arrangements meet the standards required for these major continental events.
