The Wali of Oran, Brahim Ouchan, inspected the site to oversee progress and assist investors in overcoming operational difficulties. During the visit, he directed the local Sonelgaz branch to provide a second electrical connection to ensure stable energy supply and boost construction speed. The facility, a joint venture between 'Hadj Arabi Industries' and the Chinese company 'Double Star,' is designed to produce at least 7 million tires annually, with officials emphasizing the importance of meeting the established project deadlines.
