The third subcommittee responsible for the national strategy on transparency and anti-corruption convened to discuss progress in the economic sector. Led by Khaled Ben Gernane, acting head of the General Secretariat, the meeting included officials from the High Authority, the Inspector General of Finance, and representatives from the ministries of Trade and Industry, alongside other key national bodies. The discussions focused on 11 specific measures designed to boost business integrity, market competitiveness, and anti-money laundering efforts. The committee also assessed the 2026-2027 sectoral action plans and explored ways to improve coordination among all stakeholders involved in the implementation process.
