Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, has ordered the implementation of a 3x8 work rotation system to accelerate the progress of AADL 3 housing projects at the Massinissa urban center in Constantine. During a field inspection, the minister emphasized the necessity of maintaining high-quality construction standards and resolving technical obstacles. Plans are underway to begin construction on an additional 7,000 housing units. The urban complex, covering 337 hectares, will be equipped with essential public facilities, such as schools, clinics, and police stations, to ensure that the neighborhood is fully functional upon the arrival of residents.
