The municipality of El Khroub in Constantine has begun accepting applications for free remedial lessons, specifically targeting primary school students from first to fifth grade. Registration is open until November 11th at the Mohamed El Yazid Cultural Center in the 1600-housing unit district. Required documents include a school certificate, two passport-sized photos, and a copy of the national identity card. The deputy mayor stated that the program, aimed at all social groups with a focus on low-income families, will be conducted by degree-holding municipal staff and potential volunteer teachers. Lessons are scheduled to start one week after the registration period ends. The municipality intends to extend these services to middle and high school students, while also opening the cultural center and the village library for students preparing for final exams.
