For the year 2026, the wilaya of Constantine has secured a program consisting of 24 new public infrastructure projects covering the education, health, security, and administrative sectors. These projects are designed to improve service delivery within new residential areas. The plan includes the construction of schools across all educational levels, alongside new police stations, polyclinics, and civil protection units. These developments aim to strengthen local services, supplementing 30 projects already underway to meet the increasing needs of the population and ensure better accessibility to public facilities.
