During an official field visit, the Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, inspected the construction site of 400 rental-purchase housing units under the AADL 3 program in Chelghoum Laid, located in the Mila province. This development is part of a 7,225-unit quota allocated to the province under the 2025 and 2026 finance laws. Additionally, the minister stated that the payment process for the second installment for AADL 3 applicants will commence soon, noting that the ministry is considering splitting this installment into two separate payments to facilitate the process for subscribers.
