Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced that the distribution of 1,200 housing units under the "AADL 3" program will commence in November across the wilayas of Mila, Bordj Bou Arreridj, and Oum El Bouaghi. The minister confirmed that construction for an additional 300,000 units is set to launch soon, bringing the program's total to 500,000 units. Furthermore, the payment process for the second installment will begin this week, split into two phases, with the cost reduced by 7% compared to the first installment. The AADL 3 program, which relies on a fully digital registration system initiated in 2024, features central heating for the first time in accordance with presidential directives to improve living standards and safety.
