A new series of partnership agreements has been signed to enhance and modernize the port of Mostaganem. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the wali of Mostaganem, the Director General of Merchant Navy and Ports, and the head of the Algerian Energy Company (a Sonatrach subsidiary). The deal involves the Mostaganem Port Company and major public firms, including Sonatrach’s branches SARPI and GTP, as well as Cosider Canalisations. This project aligns with presidential directives to optimize port facilities for better support of public industrial operations. The collaboration is expected to improve logistics efficiency, streamline the handling of equipment, and shorten supply lead times, ultimately ensuring that vital national projects meet their established deadlines.
