The National Agency for Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) has officially opened the payment window for the second installment of the AADL 3 program, choosing to split the process into two phases to ease the burden on beneficiaries. This installment accounts for 7% of the total housing cost. For four-room apartments (F4), the initial payment is 150,000 DA, while for three-room apartments (F3), it is set at 120,000 DA. This current phase is exclusively reserved for the first beneficiaries slated for delivery. Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, announced that the first batch of these homes will be distributed across various wilayas on November 1st, marking the anniversary of the outbreak of the National Liberation Revolution.
