Minister of State and Minister of the Interior, Brahim Merad, presided over the graduation ceremony of the 54th class of the National School of Administration (ENA) "Moulay Ahmed Medeghri" in Algiers this Saturday. The graduating class was named after the late former President and Mujahid, Liamine Zeroual. The event, marking the graduation of 117 students, was attended by the Chief of Staff of the Presidency, Boualem Boualem, several government ministers, representatives of Parliament, and the families of the graduates and the late President Zeroual. This graduation holds special significance as it coincides with the National Day of Emigration, which commemorates the massacres of October 17, 1961, in Paris.
