The Oran Judicial Council has sentenced an employee to five years in prison for breaking and entering into a private firm located in the municipality of Bir El Djir. Last July, the perpetrator breached a wall in the director's office using a metal hammer to steal equipment, including computer monitors, printers, a water pump, and aluminum pipes, which he later sold at the Sidi El Bachir market. During the trial, the suspect admitted to stealing the physical equipment, citing alcohol addiction, but denied allegations regarding the theft of 200 million centimes. The court upheld the sentence initially handed down by the Fellaoucene Misdemeanor Court.
