A level 1 alert covers the provinces of Souk Ahras, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, Tébessa, Guelma, Tizi Ouzou, Sétif, Djanet, Illizi, Constantine, Khenchela, Boumerdès, and Bouira, with rain expected from 9:00 AM until midnight. Additionally, strong winds are anticipated in Bordj Badji Mokhtar between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
