The Confederation of African Football has approved the request submitted by USM Alger and the Algerian Football Federation to relocate the second preliminary round matches against Equatorial Guinea's The Panthers. Both legs will now take place at the 5 July Olympic Stadium in Algiers, with spectators allowed in attendance. The first leg is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, at 8:00 PM, while the return leg will be played on Sunday, October 25, at the same venue and time.
