Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, Tarek Belaribi, has announced a major housing project comprising 360,000 units across various categories. While presenting his ministry's budget to the Finance Committee of the National People's Assembly, the minister stated that the program consists of 300,000 units under the AADL 3 scheme and 10,000 public rental housing units. Additionally, the initiative encompasses 30,000 rural housing units and 20,000 social residential plots, aiming to diversify housing options to meet public demand.
