Guelma University trains graduates for successful professional integration

The Innovation and Employment Center at the 8 May 1945 University in Guelma is conducting a training program to equip graduates with the skills required to enter the job market. The sessions focus on job search strategies, effective communication with employers, and the professional presentation of academic qualifications. Participants engage in practical training, including mock job interviews and confidence-building exercises, to bridge the gap between university studies and professional life. In addition to traditional job placement, the program promotes entrepreneurship and the creation of startups as alternative career paths. Collaborating with local employment agencies, the university aims to increase the professional success rates of its graduates by providing both networking support and business development knowledge.
