On Friday, the city of Oran hosted the first session of the national "DZ Young Leaders" program, designed for individuals between 18 and 35 years old. This initiative focuses on equipping young Algerians with the leadership and management skills required to drive sustainable social projects. According to Abdelkrim Messaoudi, training program manager, the approach combines theoretical knowledge with practical field experience to empower participants to address local needs. Since its inception in April, the program has demonstrated strong commitment from young volunteers, with an ultimate goal of revitalizing over 900 youth clubs nationwide and cementing a culture of civic initiative.
