Law enforcement agencies in Tamanrasset and In Salah have successfully executed operations this week, resulting in the seizure of more than 110 kg of cocaine. The crackdown dismantled two criminal networks and led to the arrest of 10 suspects, including one foreign national. In Tamanrasset, the police recovered 82 kg of cocaine, arrested 8 individuals, and confiscated cash and vehicles. Meanwhile, in In Salah, officers seized 27 kg of cocaine hidden inside a vehicle, detaining two suspects and seizing two off-road vehicles. All individuals involved have been brought before the prosecutor at the specialized penal court in Ouargla.
