The Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders, Abdelmalek Tachrifet, arrived in Boumerdès this Saturday to oversee the official ceremonies commemorating the 65th anniversary of the October 17, 1961 demonstrations. Held under the theme 'From the depths of memory to the horizons of the future,' the visit included an official reception by the Wali of Boumerdès, Amine Benmalek, alongside local authorities and parliamentarians. The event featured the participation of veterans who witnessed the historic events, representatives of various associations, and young members of the Algerian diaspora, in the presence of Amar Boumerzeg, Secretary General of the National Organization of Mujahideen, and Khalifa Semati, Secretary General of the National Organization of Children of Martyrs.
