The wilaya of M'Sila has kicked off the mobile youth center initiative for the 2026-2027 season. Running from October 10, 2026, until the end of April 2027, the program encompasses seven districts and reaches 56 primary schools, alongside organizing recreational activities in public squares. The official launch took place at the Chelabi Mustapha primary school in M'Aarief, led by the provincial Director of Youth and Sports, Nacer Fadli. This initiative aims to expand youth services, bring educational and entertainment opportunities to remote areas, and foster the development of young talents and their creative participation.
