Communication Minister Mohamed Bouslimani stated that journalists remain the sole authority responsible for verifying news accuracy and managing the content they publish. Speaking during a training event focused on linguistic performance and artificial intelligence, organized with the Higher Council for the Arabic Language, the Minister highlighted that continuous training is crucial for professionalizing the media sector, in line with the President's directives. He emphasized that despite the technological shift brought by AI, journalists must retain scientific and linguistic expertise to ensure credibility. Furthermore, he noted that such training initiatives help the media combat misinformation that impacts public awareness and social stability. Salah Belaid, head of the Higher Council for the Arabic Language, reinforced this, describing the collaboration as a vital step in elevating the standards of national media.
