The powder milk plant in Timokten, which has reached 28% completion, aims for an annual production of 1.7 billion liters of milk, significantly bolstering national food security and curbing import dependency. The project features an ambitious livestock goal of 224,000 cattle, supported by 492 stables in Fenoughil. Beyond agricultural expansion, it is set to generate 5,000 direct jobs, effectively positioning the region as a major industrial hub.
