The Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed the death of an Algerian national following a missile strike on Abha International Airport in Saudi Arabia. Algerian diplomatic missions in Riyadh and Jeddah are coordinating with Saudi authorities to investigate the circumstances of the incident and provide support to the victim's family. Algeria strongly condemned the attack on civilian infrastructure, labeling it a violation of international law, and reaffirmed its solidarity with the Kingdom. The recent strikes on Abha and King Khaled airports resulted in three fatalities and 36 injuries, affecting both Saudi citizens and various foreign residents, including Algerian and Moroccan nationals.
