The High Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Fight against Corruption held its third ordinary session of 2026, chaired by interim president M’hamed Djellaoui. The agenda focused on reviewing reports and whistleblowing cases received by the authority through September 30, 2026. Following an examination of files suspected of corruption, the council decided to refer 20 cases to the territorially competent prosecutors, while one case was submitted to the Court of Auditors, in accordance with the legal framework governing its operations.
