During the visit, the security coverage of the wilaya, supported by 29 existing facilities, was evaluated, alongside a review of 2026 operational statistics. Plans for additional police stations to manage urban growth were also discussed. Furthermore, the delegation inspected a 90-unit housing project for police staff, which is more than 60% complete, and visited an urban police station construction site in the Chahid Souidani-Boudjemaa area, where work is 77% finished.
