Djillali Liabès University in Sidi Bel-Abbès is currently hosting a national training program focused on Erasmus+ project engineering and academic mobility. Part of the European "IPTICAR" twinning project, this initiative is supported by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in collaboration with the European Commission. Representatives from eight Algerian universities are participating in intensive workshops designed to master the technical requirements for securing European funding and fostering international partnerships. This effort aims to modernize the academic system, boost research innovation, and facilitate mobility for students and faculty. By aligning with EU standards under the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ framework, Algerian universities seek to improve their global standing and strengthen their contribution to national development.
