The water supply and sanitation company, SEAAL, has announced disruptions in drinking water distribution across three municipalities in Algiers. The company stated that these interruptions are necessary to repair a technical failure on a main distribution pipe located in the Bachdjerrah municipality. The affected areas include the El Badr neighborhood, the 488 housing unit site, the Bachdjerrah 2 and 3 districts, as well as parts of Kouba (Ben Omar) and parts of Djasr Kasentina. The company assured residents that water supply would return to normal gradually once the repair work is completed.
