He is set to participate in the 8th Summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum on October 27, as well as the 3rd "Russia-Africa" Summit and its associated economic forum on October 28 and 29. The visit aims to bolster international collaboration, focusing on economic and energy partnerships, and to enhance consultation on shared global issues. The Prime Minister is accompanied by a delegation including Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Attaf, and Minister of State and Minister of Energy and Mining Mohamed Arkab.
