Algerian judge elected to the Arab League Administrative Court
Algerian judge Samir Benjelloul has been elected as a member of the Administrative Court of the Arab League for a three-year term, assuming the position of deputy head of the court. Benjelloul, who currently serves as a chamber president at the Administrative Court of Appeal in Oran and as its vice-president, will join the judicial body established in 1964. The court serves as the primary mechanism for resolving administrative and employment-related disputes involving employees of the Arab League and its affiliated entities, whether based at the Cairo headquarters or in regional offices across Arab countries.
