Algerian cyclist Hamza Yacine wins stage three of the Tour du Faso
The Algerian national cycling team continues its strong performance at the 37th Tour du Faso. On Sunday, cyclist Hamza Yacine secured first place in the third stage, which ran between Koudougou and Boromo, finishing ahead of Burkinabe rider Paul Dumont and Moroccan rider Youssef Beddadu. Algerian Anis Rehi also performed well, finishing in fifth position. This victory builds on the team's successful start, following Yacine's win in the second stage where his compatriot Mohamed Nadjib Assal finished second. The Algerian squad, consisting of six riders—Azzedine Lagab, Hamza Yacine, Hamza Amari, Oussama Abdellah Mimouni, Mohamed Nadjib Assal, and Anis Rehi—will continue competing until November 8.
