Linda Bab, in charge of managing the National Agency for Industrial Real Estate, has unveiled the findings of a comprehensive national audit covering 720 industrial and activity zones. The operation identified 19,431 industrial plots spanning a total area of 7,213 hectares. According to the official, 6,601 of these plots are already developed, covering 2,380 hectares and are ready to host new investment projects. The audit aims to create an accurate database of available land, investigate the status of previously allocated but unused plots, and prioritize infrastructure development. The agency's current efforts are focused on completing site preparations and utility connections to foster a productive investment environment.
