The President of the National People's Assembly (APN), Dr. Khalida Boufadesh, received the President of the National Council for Human Rights, Maya Fadel Sahli, on Monday at the assembly's headquarters for a courtesy visit. During the meeting, Ms. Sahli congratulated Dr. Boufadesh on her election as head of the assembly. Discussions focused on enhancing collaboration regarding the protection and advancement of human rights, particularly in line with the provisions established by the 2020 Constitution. The meeting was attended by the assembly's Vice President, Amine Allouche, and several members of the Committee on Legal and Administrative Affairs and Human Rights.
