The AADL regional management office for Algiers-West has initiated a renovation and waterproofing project for apartment building roofs across three residential neighborhoods in Tipaza. The work covers 29 roofs, specifically in the 252-unit Zouaoui complex, the 832-unit El Karia complex in Koléa, and the 916-unit Matarès complex in Tipaza. This project is part of a broader maintenance program designed to address residents' concerns, as instructed by the Ministry of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City. To ensure high standards, the works are being supervised by specialized public design offices and the National Technical Control Agency for Construction (CTC).
